I was fortunate enough to be trained in the ONLY surviving ancient tradition made for women, which has a profound understanding of deep feminine structure.
Daoist system greatly focuses on longevity, vitality, and health.
I am also a dancer, and a nerd who loves to dig into the technologies behind traditional dances.
You see I like those ancient stuff !
Yet, my work is dedicated to finding the authentic feminine way... for modern women.
And you know what my intuition and some research say?
That our original feminine practices always included dance...
And then we’ve lost something along the way.
Because now, not everyone understands how much the feminine soul and body need dance.
Dance today has become a performing art for the chosen and trained few, or a casual party activity.
On my personal path I searched for a deeper aspects of dance , as well as a health & vitality practice that I actually enjoy doing.
Honestly, solely Daoist practice can be a bit dry, complex, and not accessible for everyone .
So I came up with something new!
A “thing” and a secret that I am so eager to share because it truly works, and I’ve seen it with my students.
